Dato Alimin Wahab, BA, MA, PGCE, retired from His Majesty’s Government’s service in February 2002, at the end of nearly 30-year career which began as a Secondary School teacher, principal and Superintendent Secondary Education, and ended as a Permanent Secretary before his 40th birthday. He served as the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Defence and at the Prime Minister Office for more than half of his service career. He accepted to be the Chairman, RBA for over 3 years from September 1998 until his appointment as the first CEO of PETROLEUM Brunei in early November 2001. Since April 2006, he actively serves as the Senior Trustee at Pusat Ehsan, a private charity for children with mixed disabilities while at the same time, retaining a limited public exposure and promoting a selected business ventures in Brunei.
Rama, a technical trainer by profession, who is a Certified Trainer for Red Hat, Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, EC-Council and Novell has over 18 years of technical training experience with him. He has held positions as Senior Technical Trainer and Senior Manager in educational organizations in Malaysia. As a technical trainer he has trained participants in Brunei from different Ministries in Brunei, Shell, Telbru and other private organizations. Currently is also the proctor for Cisco’s Instructor Certified Program for APAC. Over the last three years he has been conducting Train-the-Trainer for CompTIA and Cisco Security programs.
Nargis Binti Ibrahim from Malaysia holds Master in Business Administration of Strategic Marketing from University Of Hull, UK and a Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute Of Marketing, Britain. Apart from the above she is also certified as a CCNA and MCSE.

Dr. Hj. Muhamad Pedro J. Barbeito from Spain is one of the Directors of Techno Rada Sdn Bhd, Malaysia. He emigrated to Germany in 1957 and completed studies in that country. Became “Diplome Geologue” at the Hochshule – Technische Universitaet Clausthal Zellerfeld (Germany) in 1966, “Dr. der Naturwissenschaften” at same University in 1969, Post- doctoral Research Fellow on Oceanography for the “Deutsche Forschungs Gemeinschaft” from 1970 – 1972.
Joined Shell International Petroleum in 1972 and held operational assignments in Spain, Gabon, UK, Netherlands, Venezuela, Colombia, Bolivia, Madagascar, Egypt and Malaysia. Operational assignments included Head of Geological Services and Course Director Exploration Geology at the Shell’s Central Training Facility in the Netherlands.
Retired from Shell in Malaysia in 2002, providing Geological Courses to PETRONAS and PSC contractors until today.
Since retirement has been the Managing Director of Techno Rada Sdn. Bhd. a company that provides advice and technical supplies to the Petroleum Industry.
As a Visiting Professor has been cooperating since 2005 with University Malaya (UM) in Kuala Lumpur, and since 2009 with Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) in Tronoh, Malaysia.
