To ensure that our training meets or surpasses international quality standards, we continuously conduct:
- Immediate evaluation/ statistical analysis of class results to ensure top quality services to our customers
- After course review of customer satisfaction with questionnaires and interviews carried out at regular intervals (i.e.: three months and one year) after trainees have returned to their work places
- Matching instructors course execution with the immediate and the after course review of trainees performance to ensure through a rigorous quality and certification process that our students have received the required training
- We Bench Mark our services against those available to the public elsewhere
